Tips for Donating
When donating, keep a list of the items being donated and to where. To value your donations for tax purposes I highly recommend www.itsdeductible.com. The product costs around $19.95 but can save you thousands on your tax return with their database that instantly values every item you donate. It also prints out the form you need to submit with your taxes. Check with your tax advisor for further details and restrictions.

Stress Reduction / Wholistic Health
Yoga Montclair
Yoga is a wonderful way to relieve stress, become more mindful, and to help you learn to let go of material things you really don't need so that you can simplify and organize your life!Dr. Marcine Trella, Wholistic Chiropractor
Marcie Trella is amazing. During each visit she gives you holistic, gentle, effective treatment of all the areas that are bothering you at a very reasonable rate. Whenever we've been working really hard and have neck, wrist, back or headaches, she puts us back together!
I can't stand to be "cracked" so she uses the activator and before she makes the adjustment, she makes sure that any knots are worked out using trigger point and massage to relax muscles as needed. This keeps the muscles from going into spasm and makes the whole treatment more effective. Call Marcie at: (973) 779-2305 Clifton, NJ

Lisa is our real estate agent. She is patient, responsive, and always stays in touch. She not only helped us find our dream home, she helped arrange for all the services we needed like home inspection and a real estate lawyer. Excellent Home Inspector!
Interior Designers
We have helped several clients who are redecorating and renovating their homes get ready for the project by decluttering so that they would have space to put their things while a room is being worked on. For example, we emptied a basement that had been used a junk area for 25 years!
We also help people ensure that all their organizing needs are incorporated into the design. For example, if you are having a home office redecorated with custom furniture, we give you ideas and advice to ensure the office will not only meet ALL your current needs but can be easily adapted to meet future needs as well!
Designers we or our clients have worked with and recommend include:
Home Improvement and Maintenance
Refinish Your Bathtub
When a tub becomes stained and difficult to clean, it can be a source of stress and embarrassment. It costs thousands to replace but you can get it refinished. We found out the hard way that there are some unskilled and unprofessional services out there. But then we found Mr. Ugly Tub and he fixed it all up and we were good to go with a brand new-looking tub in just a few hours! Three years later and it still looks great! Plus it's REALLY easy to clean.Basement Waterproofing
During the latest heavy rains in NJ, we woke up to a flood in our finished basement. Noah's Waterproofing saved us! They responded to our call for help within 10 minutes and even gave us an estimate over the phone. Later that same day, Noah's crew showed up and began work. They helped us clean up the water, remove the ruined carpet, move stuff out, and cover furniture too big to be moved. Two days later, we had the proper drainage solution and 2 sump pumps installed to ensure our finished basement was waterproof. The crew was efficient, and the price very reasonable. They did not pressure us into a solution that was overly expensive, nor did they give us an "Oh By The Way..." with surprise charges during the job.
We recommend removing anything you don't want to have to clean from the basement prior to waterproofing as no matter how much you cover it, the dust from jackhammering the floor gets everywhere. It's a great time to declutter! We had to empty all the closet lower shelves. (What we didn't empty got filthy.) We also had to repair all the drywall, repaint the walls, and replace all the flooring.Getting organized after waterproofing your finished basement is another HUGE job!
