They didn't want complicated, time-consuming systems. They didn't want to spend a fortune on organizing products and supplies. They wanted quick and easy solutions that really work. They wanted easy-to-remember skills and guidelines to empower them to stay organized even as their needs change.

This mom with ADD who was running a home business, settling 2 estates, and running several family foundations, hated spending time in her office.
AFTER
We sorted everything out, rearranged the furniture and put systems in place to make it easier to get things done. Only about $100 in supplies were purchased. This office organizing took about 18 hours including
creating Action and Reference filing systems.

Ariane started her business career in 1981 with a Masters' Degree in Education specializing in Organizational Training. With 12 years experience as a change agent, coach and learning and performance improvement consultant to the Fortune 500, she launched her own performance consulting firm called Bridges to Performance in 1993. She has happily run her consulting practice from her home office ever since!
