Neat & Simple Living isn’t only on the inside! This is Ariane and Alan's backyard patio which they designed. Installation was closely supervised by Ariane. Being fluent in Spanish really came in handy for this project! This project enabled repair of retaining walls that were falling apart, fixed bad drainage and flooding problems, replaced very unsafe steps, and best of all, provided a great outdoor entertaining and relaxing area.

When we bought our home it was greatly lacking in curb appeal. The steps and concrete walkways were falling apart, narrow, and very high. Too difficult for our parents who are retired seniors to climb. Not anymore! The driveway is now doublewide and includes a spacious walkway. The steps were widened and step height reduced to 6 inches.
